Control
It offers a powerful role-based workflow/approval system designed to be flexible enough to fit the needs of most organizations. Only after content has been approved by managers or supervisors is it published to your web site.
In the CMS administrator, managers could assign different user permissions and privileges in specific article series and small workgroups of users could be easily formed for controlling specific web site sections. It offers a powerful Groups Based Access system to allow the right people to edit the right pages. Several permission levels give you the control you need to controls what features are accessible to each user and so to ensure each user who is able to contribute to the web site has the power they need. The workflow/approval process will trigger email notifications to the appropriate users as pages are sent out for approval and as they are authorized or declined. No matter where your users are (at home, on the road, etc.) they will be notified by email of tasks to which they must attend.
It allows company to upload photos, pdf, powerpoint or word files onto the web for stalk holders’ interests and manage the files in the built-in database and album. For photo files, simply upload the digital photos to the built-in photo album installed in ICMS, the system will automatically do the photo resizing, indexing and storage according to the preset requirement. Then you can insert graphics and images directly to a page with one of our kind drag-and-drop capability during editing or composing. No more duplicated workloads (including uploading and resizing using two different softwares) will be needed anymore with this built-in function. Less time in Photoshop will allow you to spend more time updating content and this would be a very efficient way for users to upload their digital photos of products, events, etc. You can always manage your files album and retrieve files according to your future needs.

The effect of updating and creating web content is instant. Different staff can directly update news from their departments to the according news category – company, market, people, product, event highlights, etc, at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Efficiency of updating web content can be increased since the turn-around delays between authors and the technical personnel is minimized and the process is more direct. News can be kept updated to cater customers cost-effectively. The CMS is built with a statistics analyzer, which assists the company to collect data on page hits and visitors information.
